Our aim is to provide a high standard of service at Bennetts End Surgery. Comments on any aspect of the Practice will be received with interest and these can be passed on to our trained staff or the Managing Partner who is happy to discuss your comments with you. We try to deal swiftly and sympathetically with any difficulties you may experience. The doctors would wish to know of any reason for dissatisfaction or praise. There is an in-house complaints procedure, compliant with NHS regulations, and our Head of Reception will be pleased to help you if you wish to make a suggestion or complaint.
