Registration and the Practice Boundary Area
This Practice has both an inner and an outer Practice boundary area.
We are delighted to register new patients at this Practice if they live within our inner Practice boundary — an area that comprises the eastern part of the Hemel Hempstead area of Dacorum Borough Council.
Anyone not already registered at this Practice who lives in the outer boundary area — Bedmond, Pimlico, Potten End, Bourne End, Piccotts End, Grove Hill, Cupid Green, Woodhall Farm, Kings Langley and Gaddesden, for example — will not, however, be able to register with us.
Existing patients who are moving from the inner boundary area to the outer boundary area may still remain registered with us, along with household members resident at the same address.
Bennetts End Surgery is delighted to register new patients at this Practice if they live within our inner Practice boundary.
To register at this Practice, please see the staff in our Travel Clinic / Physio Reception who will check your entitlement to receive NHS care at this Practice and ask you for some basic administrative and health details.
Please download and complete our New Patient Registration Form and bring this to the Surgery when you visit. You will also need to bring with you both proof of your address and photographic proof of your identity.
Please note that patients now register with practices rather than with individual GPs, although we do encourage continuity of care for our patients. Patients can, however, express a preference as to which doctor they wish to see when booking an appointment.
